RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag I create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Time frame:
You have 14 days from the day you received your bag to arrange a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Procedure:
To initiate a return, please email me at info@davidbeckershop.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. 

Costs:
It is important to note that returns are at your own expense. We cannot cover the costs of the return shipment, as I work with several fulfillment factories and unfortunately cannot ship everything myself. 
Refunds

Inspection:
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will send you an email to inform you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
