1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Every David Becker bag is carefully crafted and packaged. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped directly to you.

Estimated total delivery time: 10-21 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping on all orders in the US.

It's a small way for me to say thank you for supporting my small, handmade business.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, of course! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your bag's journey from me to you.

4. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your bag, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

For a return, the bag must be unused and in its original packaging.
